These students exemplify outstanding qualities in academic, vocational and athletic fields, self-improvement, community work, citizenship and student leadership or specific criteria that reflect the school's unique priorities. Below is a report on each of the 15 youths representing Halton Hills public schools, as chosen by their peers, principals and/or teachers. 905-702-0555 Congratulations from Sabrina Loeprich Brookville Sabrina, a Grade 8 student, is a leader within the classroom, school and community, while serving as an excellent role model for others. Sabrina is a self-directed student who excels academically, is a talented athlete, an integral member of the school's volleyball and basketball teams and is Prime Minister of Student Forum. Cassie Parker Harrison Cassie, a Grade 5 student, was selected because her athletic abilities have always brought out the best in her. She has been very involved in house leagues, track and field and this year finished first in the North Halton Cross Country Meet. Cassie always follows the 5C's and 4 Tribes Agreements, has taken on extra responsibilities and demonstrated excellent leadership qualities when working with peers. Scott Morris McKenzie-Smith Bennett Scott is an exemplary student with an incredible attitude and a caring personality. His dedication to his studies and excellent work ethic has impressed both the students and staff at our school. Scott's involvement in sports, academics and leadership activities make him a great role model for all students at M.S.B. He takes part in a variety of activities at Park, is proficient at running the technology for our assemblies, is an excellent artist and we hope someday to see his work in the AGO. Matt is a positive role model for students. Centennial Patrick is a Grade 8 student who exemplifies academic excellence. He is consistently helpful, polite and courteous to staff and his peers. His interests and talents are many, varied and include: band, sports teams, the talent show, competitive dancing, skiing and the junior 4-H club. Alicia Marrows Joseph Gibbons Alicia, a Grade 5 student, works hard and has received positive results. Her guiding principles are the Tribes Agreements, being an excellent citizen, a role model, compassionate and thoughtful of others. Alicia is an active participant in all school activities and she will take these positive attributes as she embarks on her middle school years. Rampulla's Martial Arts 211 Armstrong Ave., Georgetown Judd Cameron George Kennedy Judd, a Grade 5 student, has demonstrated outstanding qualities in leadership, community work and citizenship. He is a conscientious and dedicated student who takes his studies and commitment to learning seriously. Judd is a team player who works positively with all members of our learning community. 905-702-1116 Bryan Bartle Limehouse Bryan, a Grade 5 student, is strong academically and demonstrates leadership in all activities. He has been a member of the cross-country, track and field and volleyball teams, takes his responsibilities of bus captain and an office helper seriously. Within the community, Bryan is involved in sports, Georgetown Children's Choir and community theatre, performing the lead role in Oliver!. Kara Laidlaw Pineview Kara, a Grade 5 student, is an energetic selfstarter who models the Pineview mission statement: Caring and sharing for lifelong learning. She strives for high academic standards. Kara is a keen participant in the Pineview community, volunteering to assist younger students in their classes, is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed and is a member of the QDF Cheer Team, volleyball team and Think Bowl team. Josh Lim Enrolling now for SUMMER CAMPS & DAYCARE 100 Mountainview Rd. South Glen Williams Josh, a Grade 5 student, puts forth his best effort in all he does, demonstrating kindness, integrity and a understanding of people's needs, while being well liked by all who meet him. He excels academically and is involved in safety patrol, volleyball, and Think Bowl. Josh is a model of responsibility and compassion-- a true example of excellence. Zachary Kroezen Robert Little Zachary, a Grade 5 student, always has a ready smile for everyone he meets and is a friendly and helpful student who has excellent leadership skills in his creation of the Boys in Extreme Motion dance club. He willingly helps others through his volunteer work as a kindergarten and library helper and is actively involved in many extra-curricular activities within the school, including volleyball, choir, recorder club, QDF leader and dance club.
