After moving to his hobby farm, he began his second ca- reer as a township administrator on Manitoulin Island and later moved to Lansdowne into a similar role. Ron and Elsie retired to Mount Forest, enjoyed win- ter travel to Florida and close community with their church friends. In recent years, Ron moved to Georgetown to be closer to family.
