Local residents Jeremy Crocker ( left) and Jeff MacDonald, members of the Georgetown Special Olympics snowshoeing team named the Sno Cats, each earned medals for Team Ontario at the national Winter Games in Quebec City. Crocker struck for a gold medal in the 200m race and scooped up a bronze in the 400m, while MacDonald also scored bronze in the 4x100m relay and record- ed personal-best times in three other events.
