This Can-Am driving event drew 58 competitors from Eastern Canada and the U.S., including three members of Team USA. On the first day of the three-day international event, which is the Dressage competition, 19-year-old Kylie won with her Welsh pony, Ardmore Night Wind, with a score of 55.30 penalty points. Courtney, 22, won with her Dutch Warmblood, Tyfoon Velvet, with 50.30 penalty points. The second day is the Marathon competition. Kylie, along with her navigator Jeff Kohler, again won with 65.23 points. Courtney, with dad Bill serving as navigator finished third with a 68.16 score, but still held on to first place with a 10-point lead. In the third and final day, the Cones competition, Kylie drove a per- fect cones course for zero penalty points to win her division of FEI Single Pony and the overall FEI championship. Courtney had some penalty points, but remained in the lead to take top spot overall in the FEI Single Horse Division.
