The need to upgrade, replace and/or expand the existing water storage facilities in Georgetown has provided the Region with the opportunity to engage in a system-wide approach to assessing water storage and distribution requirements in Georgetown, based on existing consumption trends and planned growth within the existing urban boundary. Process This Class EA study will address water storage and distribution requirements, a hydraulic evaluation of the existing distribution system, and alternative options for upgrading, replacing and/or expanding the existing storage facilities. Charged with theft under $5,000, possession of break and enter tools, possession of stolen property and using a stolen credit card is Eanerst Charbonneau, 29, of Fourth St. Police responded to Confederation St. at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday for a reported erratic driver. They responded and stopped the driver of a vehicle. Charged with impaired driving and having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is Sandra Brockbank, 49, of Alexander St., Glen Williams. Police were called to Fairview Cemetery on Cobblehill Rd. in Acton at about 4:30 p.m. Monday for a report of youths shooting paintball guns in the cemetery. When police arrived they found some youths in the area and while questioning one male they found he had some marijuana. Charged with possession of mari- juana is Alex Martin, 19, of Rosemary St., Acton A window was smashed with a rock at Lakeview Convenience Store on Main St. N. in Acton sometime late Saturday or early Sunday. Damage was $600. Police responded to an alarm acti- vation at Georgetown District High School early Monday morning. They found a door ajar, but no one inside, no damage and nothing taken. Police report the rear window of a Ford Explorer, parked at a Park Ave. Acton residence, was smashed some- time Sunday morning, resulting in about $500 damage. Police remind area residents to lock their vehicles and remove valuables after several vehicles in Georgetown were entered over the past few days. A GPS system, valued at $250, was taken sometime late Friday or early Saturday from a car parked at a Faludon Dr. residence. Three vehicles were entered on Crombie Place early Monday. Change, tools, a GPS system and cell phone were taken. Police report seven vehicles were entered on Seedhouse Lane early Monday. Taken was change, cell phones, CDs and GPS systems.
