If you answered yes to any of these questions, then we want to hear from you! We are the mem- bers of the Advocacy Committee for an Arts, Culture & Heritage Action Plan for Halton Hills. This ad hoc committee was formed in June to respond to a rec- ommendation in the draft Recreation & Parks Strategic Action Plan. Halton Hands in Motion Knitting and Crocheting Guild hosts a display of deco- rative and functional items in the Gallery of the Halton Hills Cultural Centre, 9 Church St., from October 30 to November 11. This year Guild members were chal- lenged to push the boundaries of knitting and crocheting by using unconventional materials, techniques, and/or subject mat- ter in their creations.
