Tillsonburgs Christopher Mabee (left), who placed fifth at the 2008 Canadian senior mens championships and was run- ner-up last year, helped conduct the local seminar along with current Turkish ladies champion Tugba Karademir (right) for several GSC members. Celebrating its 50th anniver- sary, the Georgetown club will play host to the Skate Canada Central Ontario Skates Alive competit ion Dec. 12-14 at the SportsPlex.
