them in celebrating their golden wedding anniversary Surrounded by gifts cards flowers and family they spent a beautiful evening They have lived in quite a few places in the past years and their relatives are scattered all over the try They came from as far British Columbia for the occasion Retired Mr and Mrs have sold their home on the highway south of town and live in Elliott Lake where he retired from his position as carpenter a foreman at Dennison Mines after years He has been retired five years and they keep busy He sometimes teaches carpen try at Blind River and Elliott Lake They have been travel ling lately and enjoying it and the gift from all the BERT AND FREDA ROGNVALDSON celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday at a party given by their family at the Music Centre Mrs is a plate presented by Mr son s brother and sister in law from Grand Prairie while Mr Rognvaid son displays a needlepoint picture given to the happy couple by his sister and her husband
