last Wednes day despite having only one finisher In the top ten in any race Derek Hodgson was the only Acton runner to crack the top ten as he finished fourth in the crowded midget boys event Seventy two run ners finished the 4000 metre race Acton earned its second place finish on the strength of fourth place finishers in both the boys and the girls overall Georgetown with two firsts easily took the overall standings while no other team could place in both divisions Some schools were unable to field full teams Acton recruiting until the last min managed to field a team In each event which was the key to their success Individuals Other fine individual per formances came from Ted and Dave Johnson who finished 13th and 16th In the Junior boys metres was 20th in the same event to give Acton
