an important area would be on where ihey can sit and relax during free periods and socialize with fellow classmates Acton high is fortunate to have an area like this It is known as the bearpit and Is a carpeted spot in the centre of the concourse in the new school It has a bright and comfortable atmosphere with orangetone carpet and a sky light roof which allows sunshine to enter The bearpit was carefully planned so It would be in an area that was central in the school but not able to disturb classes It is located outside he cafeteria just across from the locker bays with exits to academic areas along the outside of the Since September the bear pit has provided students with an enjoyable friendly place to socialize discuss home work play music and even sing For Remembrance it was
