males with fatherless boys as friends Working on the premise that boys without a male in the home need frequent contact with men in order to grow up with male image and a good feeling Big Brothers introduces youngsters friends The relationship remains an informal friend ship At no time is the big brother suppose to surrogate father or a disciplinarian Sherry ex plains However he is expected to she Is enjoying her social work and finds the Job ideal for a mother with young children She very good about the organization and says If I was in the same position I would be looking for something
