Department Frank Heller and Co Limited of George town and Canada Battery of Acton were both identified in a report from Public Works disclosing the names of six com panics discharging heavy metals into the regions sewer The other four companies named are located in and Burlington Frank Heller and Co which employs people in Georgetown and ISO in an Acton plant was issued a violation notice
