and remain closed as hereafter i provided AND WHEREAS it Is the de- intention of Council that any section or part of a I of this bylaw which subsequently be held to be Ille gal shall be severable from the remainder of the by law and shall not be deemed to have persuaded or influenced the Council to pass the remain of the bylaw NOW THEREFORE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
