there On the second day out sister Edith called mo to see a huge TV antenna and I dont know if the train lurched then but I lost my balance and landed in a heap on slater Ediths steps The CN were very good when I asked for an elastic bandage they wired ahead to Saskatoon and someone came and bandag ed up my knee Later the train was met at Edmonton by a claims agent who took down a report and also visited me at Vancouver Needless to say it put a ser ious crimp in my plans for a sky ride and royal welcome to her majesty Ilowovcr we did have many compensations such aa a day in Stanley Park for the opening of the new whole pool presided over by Mr But we were too busy at the time look ing at the bears monkeys pen guins etc etc Wo were in luck that day be cause after the celebrities had gone the premier tho Hon Mr Bennett allowed us all a free show of performing whales ini new aquarium plus a free visit through tho building to see the tropical fish What a wonderful display that was Wo spent the whole day of Tommy taking snaps of the various beauty spots riding on tho miniature railway etc etc and one thing that Impressed me was a ful monument called Two Sisters it Is to President Harding think It depicts sister nations America and Canada There Is a beautiful verse written both ends of tho monument and the centre panel has the figure of n woman standing one at each end Another two sisters bod their picture taken that day beside the In view of the many attempt that are being made to break down our ties with the United States I thought of something that few people realize during tho never ceasing crisis that seem to engulf us at times To whom would we look for help if wo were Invaded by hos tile nations And who would bo tho most likely to rise in our defense My guess Is the As member of Canadian British Israel I have studied the genealogy of the Anglo- Saxon and celtic races In con nection with bible prophesy and together with countless numbers of tho clergy we know that we are living in the last days as foretold by Jesus the son of God I nave pondered over the pro phesy that They the enemy will come down through the north I know that this Is In con nection with the enemies of usalem but I am also wonder ing If it could also be a message to us since we ore I believe In tho process of mutual agree ments In the Arctic with Rus sia It Is surely worth our while to think about these things and learn more I would share my information with anyone in terested who cares to call me Now back to British Columbia Another day that will livo In my memory was a trip all around Horseshoe Bay and out to Park There were hund reds of sailboats tied up at the marina people were busy get ting them all spruced up to wel come the Queen What a sight it must have been while Norman Is still occupied with his fishing Gwen is Just as en thusiastic about her lovely gar den with Normans help Now to relate a few of those peculiar incidents that seem to transpire every time sister Ed ith and I get together for a holi day In spite of tho pain from my fall we both had a wonder- GEORGETOWN HERALD THURSDAY JUNE 1Mb PAGE trip by all the way But at last we reached Van
