this issue of the Herald NORTH REPORT The week ending November saw officers of the Ontario Provincial Police stationed at North Detachment work a total of hours and travel miles patrolling roads in the North Halton area drivers were summoned to appear in Provincial Court for traffic viola lions and an additional motorists received warnings Proceedings In Provincial Court in Milton resulted In 131 convictions bong registered Officers were called upon to Investigate general occurrences Included in these investigations were 3 thefts 2 break and enters and Six people were charged with violations of the Liquor Control Act There were domestic disputes 1 person charged with public mischief and 1 impaired driver apprehended Six occurrences of damage property were reported and 1 car was at til 17500 There were 13 people injured in of these collisions One fatal collision on the Line resulted in the death of a local youth and injuries to another one The 11 remaining collisions resulted
