required to control odorous emissions by June l Lake Ontario Steel Whitby Is required to control the emission of dust and fumes from its electric arc furnaces by December Canada Ltd Oakvllle was to control the emission of odours Monsanto completed the necessary controls and the other eight are com plying with the Ministers Order and taking steps to improve their controls A number of sources have
