Bronze Georgetown Firm Casts Ontario Govt Sculpture For the first lime a 3 pound three figure group bronze sculpture has been cast in On tarlo at Georgetown Mid Canadian investment Castings Limited The sculpture The Three Graces is the rst major sculpture in bronze by the intern known sculpt and artist Gerald Gladstone of Toronto who was corn missioned by the Ontario Department of Public Works The bronze group which will be the focal point of a dramatic water sculpture depicts the three sister goddesses or Greek mythology said to be givers of charm and beauty It II be located on Bay Street in Toronto in front of the new complex of government build ngs The three figures are eight and half feet high each weigh about 1 pounds In their water sculpture setting a spray of from two to three feet high will cascade a curtain of water around and upon cm In winter the water expected to provide a dramatic Ice glazed fleet on the statues enhanced iy blue and amber lights at light The water
