groups and each group Is part of a house Students with surnames beginning with letter at the beginning of the alphabet will be In House A and so on This system has its drawbacks and Its benefits but sports than just big wrestling tournaments and basketball games take place In the high school The House System Is used to divide teams in other sports often compete with other schools Girls sports is poorly publicized but every bit as exciting as the big tour The girls volleyball teams arc doing extremely well so far placing generally well among teams Out of eight games each the Midget team has won five the Junior team all eight and the Senior cam a five At a recent game in the home gyms the Midget team lost with a score of lo 1 and both the Junior and senior teams won scores of to each The and ability known The Wrestling Meet held at the high school on Thursday February was a giant success for Twelve Georgetown wrestlers will progress to the Peel Wrestling Meet today the 15lh and if they are triumphant there they will go to the All Ontario Meet The Georgetown team won the meet well above the nearest second placed team First place winners were John Phillips of the lb weight class
