from all streets highways and nearby Residential Zones or lots used for residential purposes 124 Not withstanding any provisions of this bylaw as amended to contrary lands described In Section 114 x hereof may be used for no purposes other than the erection thereon of a building to be used as a public garage and as a place for the repair of farm equipment provided r such use compiles with the
