HI Hllli swimmers the Halton HUH team had approximately twice manv competing out the water alter winning the metre Local junior curlers do well in bonspiel ByMAHGANDSTEW TEJTZFL This week was a big one for the Junior Section at North They played host to the MacDonald Bonspiel This is an open spiel In which teams from other clubs are Invited to participate They enter and compete as a team along with teams from the host club On Saturday there were two draws starting at a and II a in and each draw played three games Arnold from Mac Donalds presented the trophy to the Don Alley team from Cbinguacousy which was the team with the highest com points from all three games in both draws This team also placed first in the a draw Second place went to the Lytic learn from Oak villc and third prize was a Georgetown rink skipped by Greg with Tracy Treahy Mike Mok and Julie Partridge In the 11 a m draw the 3 game high winners were a North team of skip Dave Porter vice Liz Bowman second Hal
