and title on March 14 Mr Robertson told The Her aid When contacted Mr said he foresees no problem in producing the deed and title on time Jeffrey Paul a Brampton attorney who Is handling the proposed have several years come up with the remainder at which time he would be given deed and Hie lo the property In August Mr Robert son claims he was ready to pay the remainder through a deal he had set up with some European Investors According to Mr Robertson when the lime came for the deed to be transferred Mr Helson went on vacation though he had been notified by Mr Robertson about the trans fer dale 21 days earlier Mr Robertson arranged the present deal with investors last Tall and the expiry day was set at January 1979 According lo Mr Robertson that was then extended to February 25 at the
