Ihe centres owners have convinced council noise problems will be trolled Responding to a question from Coun Miller Mr Cajic said It would be too expensive to purchase a sound system which could not be tampered with once an accep table level of sound had been established He would try to convince his organization to spend the mon ey on an acceptable sound system Mr promised otherwise he will
