of summer programs for children of all age groups The programs begin July registration has begun For the older children there is a Leader Development Program The Leader In Training LIT level is designed for participants aged 12 13 years and includes one week of theory and seventy hours of summer placement In the community The theoretical portion of the program gives the L 1 T the knowledge to lead games songs sports programs and much more to be used In his or her placement The Leader InTraining Is geared towards teenagers 13 years and up to train for future positions In recreation leadership Their training includes two weeks of theory and hour of community placement The theoretical training will provide the I T A with skills in program planning disci pi and leading games etc
