everything they could handle for two periods before Georgetowns guns finally exploded for a seven- goal third period as the Raiders took a win The threepoint week left the Raiders in fourth place in the west with 28 points just a single point behind Streetsville Derbys and a comfortable six points ahead of fifthplace Oakville Blades Chuck Loreto led the Raider at tack on Friday notching his se cond hattrick in as many games while Travis Cole scored twice one while Kevin Dance potted the goal On Dec 27 Loreto had three and Dance tallied twice with Brown Brent Dim Cruise and Davin netting singles RAIDERS 6 MIMICO It looked like the had Georgetowns number especially after Mimico nailed the Raiders 80 in Mimico during their last en counter But Sturgeon disagreed with the summation saying Loreto slapshot but the veteran Georgetown centre picked up his own rebound and slipped one under netminder Mark Cavallin Kevin beat Curtis Green with a slapper from in front to give Mimico the tie Pur due University in West Lafayette Indiana was plagued by stomach cramps towards the end of the 1988 crosscountry season and hes hop ing to have the problem hurdled before the outdoor track campaign begins next spring It was frustrating Paul said of the cramps he experienced at the US Big Ten conference cross country finals two months ago in Iowa I was running well and fast until the cramp hit then I almost ended up crawling on my hands and knees to the finish line Meanwhile Paul found the ill- timed cramps to be about the most painful experience he has en countered in his first year as a
