reservations about EFW said Mr Elliot The first is that there is a tendency to lean too much on EFW once a plant is in operation In some countries counties Many counties handle their waste disposal differently he said In most counties local municipalities rather than the countys governing body is in charge of waste disposal That leads to a great variety of waste disposal methods he said Many counties dont even have an over all plan for waste manage ment he said they burn a lot of stuff that doesnt need to be burned said Mr Elliot Secondly experts are not ex sure of the emission levels
