winning two out of three i the second round of the OMHA elimination The old saying that the playoffs are like a new season was never more true than this year for our local Majors During the regular season the and could not find the formula to defeat their rivals to the south although they did manage a pair of ties But when the chips were down our pucksters put it all together to take the series with relative ease Game one of the series was not to the M and Ms as they came out on the losing end of a score The Majors fell victim to some had luck around their own net and despite outplaying
