and see a confidential report on the land division committee before ap pointing members to a threeyear term The review of the committee will be conducted in private with results submitted to councillors behind closed doors despite an ap peal by Chairman Brian Flet cher to make the pending report public Itiere Is a considerable amount of innuendo surrounding land divi sion committee
