This year Custom Meats also entered the bacon as well as the black forest categories Mr feels that we should have come first and it was a bit of a surprise that they didnt He thinks that maybe hes a bit pre judiced to his own product but doesnt understand why they didnt place first He holds the utmost respect for the other competitors which in cluded Franz Butcher Shop who placed first and Dougherty Meats in who placed second The companies can enter the competition at the annual conven tion of the Independent Meat Packers and Processors the pro vinces only trade organization
