support for the pools Mr Williams wrote that the board would like to renegotiate a 20 year pool contract with the Town of Hills Each pool life would last years before a new lease is signed Renegotiations would take place six months before the contract ex pi res The 20year period would define the lift of the pool issue board trustees have grappled with the past few months Board Director
