nominal testing which according to Ms Watson was not discussed suf ficiently As a result of nonnominal testing or confidential testing Ms Watson hypothesized someone from the Region could go to Toron to and be tested without the ap propriate Halton Region officials being notified However she said as the law allows for nonnominal testing it would have been impossible for the policy to have ever addressed this issue Halton Hills trustee Bruce who voted in favor of the policy said she thought the board was adequately informed about AIDS and the HIV virus saying last years board members par ticipated in several educational AIDS workshops But Ms Bruce acknowledged board members could always learn more about the disease given research is always providing new information The policy was Hills could soon be filled with the clanging of bottles and the shuffling of papers as the blue bag program gets under way The Town of Halton Hills staff recently recommended a blue box program for the towns apart merits and The blue bags would be in buildings by January With the blue box program in place for houses the big item now is the rental and condominium market said town engineer Bo
