current home This will mean that you can get the keys from your lawyer who will not release them until the properties are registered at the Registry Of flee which could be anytime between a and and then get into your new home late that night to check things out or even early the next morning while someone is loading the van I really find it in credible to think that people are expected to be out of their homes by noon of one day usually a Friday and have a house cleaned for the moving in of the new owners that afternoon grief it a a nightmare The biggest tieup is the releasing of funds from mortgage com panies to the lawyers so that they can disperse funds in order to close and then turn over the keys If your keys are down at the Registry Of fice in Milton where Georgetown closings take place you are going to have a tough time collecting them by noon if there is even a slightest hold up If you have a moving van waiting in the driveway while you are getting keys or waiting until people are still moving out and you are not going to be pleased to say the least to see your movers eating pizza on your bill while waiting to unload into an empty house Although arranging financing keep lots of goodies for years you will have a lot to move and the movers dont know that until they take a look at your home If you are planning on doing the move yourself with the aid of friends and family which you might not have at the end of your move I would suggest that you estimate twice as Long as you think it will take you and dont try to do it in half a day Moving is a traumatic experience to say the least and if you plan it out very carefully you might get away with only a strained back a couple of rounds of tears and total disruption for weeks who needs the aggravation of backed up vans no keys and a dirty house to move into Try to make it easier on yourself check and recheck everyone who is involved in your move and then allow for error on top of that If I knew a way
