I report on the outcome of the games I would 1 ike to thank all of the coaches and umpires who have volunteered their Tues day evenings to help the girls Secondly I would like to thank the four new aquatic program designed for preschoolers is being launched at both the Acton and Georgetown Indoor Pools this fall The program developed by the Ontario Division of the Canadian Red Cross Society provides instruction for three groups of children provides water onentation for children under one year and includes their parent s participation The one to five year old with mom or dads support will learn Water Accommodation and Basic Swim Skills in the level Starfish is geared to the three to five year old swimmer and does not in volve parent participation The last of the new preschool levels is with the playoffs MVP award Lisa pitched the majority of both games and she also hit very well at the plate Special mention goes to Liane Monchamp of Insurance as she received the two available votes
