played in the Georgetown crew wrapped up a 7 win to run their early season record to 31 Today Saturday the Sunny Acres squad travels to Chmguacousy while Sunday m at Gordon Alcott Memorial Arena the Georgetown pucksters play host Team management is stressing the Team aspect of the game to the edition of the major midgets and the concept is paying off in victories Georgetown led 20 after the first penod and turned on the after burners in the second stanza to move comfortably in front 61 after minutes of play The teams traded goals in the third to run the final count to 2 in Georgetown s favor Brad played a strong all round game for Sunny Acres twice and picking up an assist Mane also scored a pair of Georgetown markers Defenceman Bob Lang made his presence felt and notched a pair of goals a power to contend with come playoff time by thoroughly outclassing Elgin High School in a Halton league game played Wednesday at GDHS field If anything the Rebel coaching staff pity on the visitors
