the Darts Ontario qualifying as the round winner of the day follow ing up on his fourth place finish in the previous round June Norton came a creditable fourth in the ladies singles as well as reaching the last four in mixed doubles with Paul Kirby They have all qualified for the finals March As indicated last week we returned to the bread and butter of league play on Wednesdays and Mondays Monday the Halton league reopened with a big match between current first and second placed teams George and Dragon no 2 and OTooles no 2 with honours even in each set The matched ended and was not a classic confrontation both teams having trouble finishing Derek Hedley scored Jim Charter 170 Mark See and self closed 107 and foolishly at tempted the same later and fell flat gained some ground with
