settlement giving most workers a 64 per cent wage increase Its been a difficult bargaining year said Laurie an ad ministrator with the Halton Regional Police Association which represents the 367 uniform and ISO civilian workers Lillian Waldie executive assistant for the Police Services Board said salary was the key issue to the renewed contract which was signed Sept for a one year term The
