the HERALD Wednesday Community Video on Halton Hills a future possibility Georgetown resident Trevor Morecroft has presented his vision on how to renew community pride in Hills to members of Regional Council and the Hills Chamber of Com and is now waiting for the green light Mr of Georgetown s Visual Vision is hoping to produce a minute video on Hills its history culture and natural benefits his video would include all areas of Hills in eluding Acton Georgetown Glen Williams Nerval Ballinafad and erra He fir st considered the possibility of a video last July Mr and partner in this proposal Andy King of DeskTop Publishing met with Halton Hills Mayor Miller General Manager of the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce Doug Terry Jackson who will replacing Mr as General Manager and Banks from the region to discuss the idea Mr Pennce explained the proposal would be discussed by the Chamber no decisions were reached at the initial meeting on the project This idea is necessary and definitely wantid said Mr we live a great town and this type of project would help renew this fact to its residents If given the go ahead Mr and Mr King would still face the difficult task of obtaining sponsors for the video While this is a great opportunity for local businesses to gain exposure and sponsorship options will be flexible Mr King said he is fully aware of the difficulties of gaining sponsors because of the economy A ten tative deadline of March 1st for sponsors s still subject to change For the next couple of weeks we will be testing the waters If we are able to dig up sponsors great If not then we 11 have to put the project on the shelf until 93 said Mr Three sponsor promotion options will be available to local business ranging in pnee from SI to 10 All prices and specifications will be subject to change If produced this video would be distributed free to all Hills households as well as all area PLANT FLOWER SALE ENDS FEB 20TH A Canadian Garden Show The Whole BRAMPTON OPEN SUNDAYS
