Police blotter 3 Independent & Free Press, Tuesday, January 26, 2010 Driver flees accident scene Halton Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle who failed to remain at the scene of a collision at Tenth Line and 10 Sideroad Saturday afternoon. Police say about 4:15 p.m. a vehicle stopped at the stop sign at Tenth Line and 10 Sideroad then proceeded through the intersection eastbound on 10 Sideroad failing to yield for an oncoming westbound truck. The driver of the truck took evasive action, and struck another vehicle in the intersection. There were no injuries. Police say the vehicle that failed to remain was a 2006 to 2008 black Jetta with red graphics on the rear quarter panel. The project consists of a 50-unit four-storey apartment building and three townhouses on the corner of Mountainview Rd. and Sinclair Ave. It shares the site with, and is attached, to St. Andrew's Church.
