Hornby Rate Payers Association to get updates on generating station, roads at AGM Hornby Rate Payers Association (HARP) holds its annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, March 25, 7 p.m. at the Hornby Glen Golf Club. Following a report by HARP president, Ken Lawday, elections will be held for the 2010/2011 board (minimum of six members is required). The goal of the board is to make the voice of Hornby and area residents heard at the Town and Regional levels.
