Named after Shirley's daughter, the shop sells a large variety of gluten- and wheat-free products, including pastas, cereals, sauces, fresh and frozen breads, cakes, cookies, crepes, burritos, salad dressings, mixes and much more. The store also carries an assortment of sugar-free jams, mixes and sauces. Although it has only been open for six weeks, Melissa's One Stop Gluten-Free Shop already has repeat customers who are grateful for Shirley's hard work and expertise. "It's an experience I live with every day with Melissa, so I've done a lot of leg work and research over the years," Shirley says. "I like being able to help other people in the same situation."
