ENTERTAINMENT Local dancers are Canadian group routine dance champs The Intermediate students of Ballroom Health competed in the 2010 Spring DanceSport Challenge held at the Winona Vine Estates in Stoney Creek in May and won first place in the Canadian National Group Routine Championships. The team won for one of their numbers The Mam-Boa, choreographed by Rosemarie Châles and Thomas Hooker, owners and program instructors of the Georgetown dance company. The team members are all Georgetown residents who have been taking ballroom line dancing lessons with Ballroom Health for close to two years. Châles and Hooker say the team's success was due to their sense of commitment, devotion and hard work.
