Saturday's wet weather didn't hamper the 78th Fraser Highlanders, as they performed a musket demonstration during the opening ceremonies at the Georgetown Fairgrounds for the 35th annual Georgetown Highland Games. Formed in 1757, the 78th Frasers Highlanders added a visual excitement to the show as they fired several volleys with their muskets. Photo by Ted Brown SUV slams through Inn's window By LISA TALLYN Staff Writer A 62-year-old Toronto woman was charged with careless driving after her vehicle crashed through the front window of the Terra Cotta Inn on King St. Sunday afternoon. Caledon OPP say the woman was doing a U-turn at King St. and Isabella St. about 1:10 p.m. when her foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas sending the SUV through the window of the inn. The woman and passenger in the vehicle did not go to hospital and were treated by EMS personnel at the scene. No one was injured in the inn.
