Police blotter: Man sought after pair cut with beer bottle Two men were injured in an altercation at Boston Pizza Saturday night. Halton Police say about 11:50 p.m. there was a verbal altercation between an unknown man and a 22-year-old Chatham man in the washroom. When the Chatham man came out of the washroom, the other man confronted him and attempted to slash him with a beer bottle. The man threw the beer bottle at the Chatham man, missed, and hit a 20-year-old Georgetown man in the face with the bottle. Both the Chatham man and Georgetown man suffered lacerations to their faces in the incident and were taken to Georgetown Hospital where they received stitches and were released. The suspect left the restaurant. Police are looking for a white man, approximately 5'9" to 6' tall with a thin to medium build. He was wearing a silver chain around his neck and dark clothing. ··· Police are looking for three males who were seen in the driveway of a Bowman St., Georgetown home after a vehicle had been entered Wednesday afternoon. Police say about 2:30 p.m. the owner of the vehicle confronted the three men and asked what they were doing. One of the males threw a recycling bin at him and the trio fled on foot into Gellert Park, then onto Argyll Rd. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle. The three males are described as white, 17 to 20-years-old, with thin builds. They were 5'7" to 5'10" tall and were wearing winter jackets and toques. ··· A Mississauga man was charged with having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood after police stopped a vehicle in a RIDE spot check about 10 p.m. on Guelph St. Thursday.
