Hotel / Restuarant Help Wanted Hotel / Restuarant Help Wanted DEATHS Frederic John "Jack" Boulton April 12th, 1939 - February 26th, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of Jack Boulton announce his passing in the early morning of Saturday, February 26th, 2011 following a very tough battle with cancer. Jack was the dearly loved father of Rebecca Jean "Becky", father-in-law of Anthony Duncan, younger brother of Ann Jenkins, and twin brother of Jill Keeley. Jack is also survived by his exwife, Bonnie, with whom he shared a close, loving bond throughout his entire life. He will be deeply missed by many other family members, and dear friends. A selfless, giving, gentle man, he will be remembered most for his innumerable acts of kindness, and his unwavering willingness to help his family, friends, and neighbours with any task, big or small. He was a mentor to so many people, and his greatest joy came from seeing others succeed. Jack was a hard worker, dedicating his professional skills to the same company (Somerville) from the age of 19 until his retirement 41 years later. He was an extraordinary father, providing Becky with an abundance of love, protection, and gentle guidance. Jack and Becky had a very strong and special bond that began the moment she was born, and they were together until the very end. At Jack's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Jack's life and share wonderful memories (details to be sent out at a later date). In lieu of flowers or donations, please honour Jack's memory by following his example: Simply give a little of your time and help a neighbour, colleague or friend, and know that Jack would be so proud to leave this legacy. Bob came to Canada from England in February of 1952, seeking opportunity. A bricklayer by trade, he worked hard to build a life with his wife, Brenda, and growing family. As a successful masonry contractor, he built many schools, factory buildings, homes and churches in the Georgetown area. He came from a family of bricklayers and passed his skills on to his sons and many young men who worked with him. He was a good husband, father, friend, and boss. He was an honest man who cared about the little guy. Bob enjoyed fishing, British sports cars, Formula One racing, New Orleans jazz, the Blues and a beer at The George. A charismatic man with a sharp mind and a dry sense of humor, he was always well informed and quick to laugh. His wide-ranging interests took him on travels to Russia, South and Central America, Mexico, Cuba and the United States. Predeceased by his beloved Brenda and daughter, Kim, Bob's memory is cherished by a large and loving family in Canada and England that includes his sons, stepdaughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his brothers, sisters and their families. As well, Bob will be remembered by many friends. We thank the staff of the OTMH Heart Function Clinic, Georgetown Hospital and Bennett Health Care Centre for their care and support.
