Local kids got creative over the March Break when they headed over to the Acton and Georgetown branches of the Halton Hills Public Library for drop-in crafts. With new crafts every day and a Robert Munsch movie marathon on the Friday, the libraries were buzzing with activity all week long. In Focus dropped by the brand new Acton branch on March 17 to check out the fun. Photos by Andrea Lefebvre Kids had the chance to burn off some of their excess energy during the March Break by hitting the ice at Halton Hills' three arenas. Free public skating, sponsored by the Acton Rotary Club and the Georgetown Optimist Club, took place every weekday afternoon during the break at the Acton Arena, the Memorial Arena and the Mold-Masters SportsPlex. In Focus dropped by the Acton Arena on March 17 to get some photos of the gliding, sliding and sometimes stumbling skaters.
