The new 21,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility, located at 336 Guelph Street in Georgetown, includes a large, bright showroom with enough space to display 10 vehicles, as well as a comfortable customer lounge. The renovation doubled the size of the parts and service department, adding state-of-the-art equipment, several new service bays and a brand new no-appointment-necessary quick lube and oil change bay. "We wanted to offer our customers a flexible schedule for lube, oil and filter work," says Carman "The Car-Man" Widdess, the dealership's general manager. "They can drive in, wait in line, have the work done and be out in 20 minutes." A bigger facility meant hiring more staff to offer friendly and knowledgeable service to the dealership's loyal clients. "Our staff are your neighbours," Widdess says. "They are local individuals who give back to the community." In addition to the new building, Georgetown Chrysler Dodge Jeep recently became just one of 20 dealerships in all of Ontario to sell Fiat vehicles. Widdess encourages the public to drop by and check out the new Fiat models, as well as the all-new Charger, Durango, Caravan and Grand Cherokee.
