HIEC honours two local businesses Skilled trades employers were honoured, students were recognized and scholarships presented as the Halton Industry Education Council (HIEC) hosted the 11th annual Halton Apprenticeship Advisory Council's (HAAC) Honour Roll Awards recently at the Burlington Convention Centre. The HAAC Honour Roll Awards recognized five outstanding employers who are making a difference in Halton by promoting skilled trades.
