This study was carried out in accordance with the requirements of a Schedule `B' undertaking, as outlined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class Environmental Assessment document (2000, as amended in 2007). A Notice of Study Commencement inviting initial input was published on May 27, 2009, and a Public Information Centre was held on September 24, 2009. The Project File Report (PFR) has been prepared to document the planning and decision making process undertaken for this study. By this notice, the PFR is being placed on the public record for a 30-day review period (starting June 7, 2011 and ending July 8, 2011) in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class EA. The PFR is available for viewing at the following locations and has been placed on the Town's website: http://www.haltonhills.ca/CEA.
