Somerville elected to FCM again Wards 1 and 2 Halton Regional Councillor Clark Somerville has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. He was elected to the oneyear term at the FCM annual general meeting in Halifax recently. Somerville was one of 15 seeking 11 Ontario positions. Somerville is hoping to continue his work on the FCM's Rural Forum and Social Economic Development committees. He would also like to sit on the Municipal Finance and Intergovernmental Arrangements Committee.
