The competitive and showcase team brought home gold, silver and bronze awards. The team was invited by Kim Chalovich and Everett Smith, finalist of So You Think You Can Dance-Canada, to perform their award-winning "Quick-Horse" at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga on June 12th, as a guest feature number of the Tap Dance Centre Year-End Showcase. "It was quite an honour for all of our dancers!", said Ballroom Health Dance Company owner Rosemarie Châles. "We thank our team dancers for their sense of commitment, their devotion, their invaluable input, and all their hard work and remarkable efforts." The members are all Georgetown residents and have been taking ballroom/Latin dancing lessons with Ballroom Health for three years. Choreographed by Châles and Thomas Hooker, owners and program instructors of Ballroom Health Dance Company, "Quick-Horse" and "Dol-Cha Vita" are now big hits in the dancing community.
