Youth nabbed in police investigation A 15-year-old Georgetown boy is facing four counts of possession of stolen property after police were called to the John St. area about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday. A 15-year-old Georgetown girl was diverted to the Halton Youth Justice program. An area resident had contacted police after seeing people inside a car parked in a driveway on that street. Police responded and apprehended three youths a short time later. Charged with impaired driving and having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is Kelvin Burnett, 44, of Acton. *** Police are investigating a break and enter into a garage at a Harold St. home about 1:50 a.m. Saturday. Police say the resident of the home woke when she heard her garage door opening. She looked outside and saw a youth wearing jeans and a black hoodie who joined another youth wearing similar clothing at the end of the driveway. An unlocked vehicle on the property was also entered. Nothing was taken but the garage door opener in the vehicle was used to open the garage door.
